chicken with weird poop

so for a while now my 2 yr old austrolorp has been having bad poops. I took her to the vet and they tested her poop and found she had ceacal worms so I dewormed her amd she was still having these poops so I got some amoxicillin and I'm giving her that thinking maybe it's a bacterial infection but she still keeps having these poops. Do I give her probiotics and that's why her poops like this. she acts normal maybe a little slower still eating and drinking. she does have feather mites and I'm giving her diametrious earth. is there anything else is should do. she comes inside at night as well

Diametrious earth does nothing for mites.

Get some Poultry Protector, or some other approved mite treatment for poultry?

Her poop is making me think she may have a Coccidiosis infection (Its a Protozoan Parasite)
Or possibly Salmonella bacterial infection.

I got some permectrin for them is it effective?

she eats some of the chicks medicated feed will that help?

shes not weak or lethargic and her comb is nice and red
