Chicken won’t move & unable to stand up/walk :(

Went outside to check on chickens after work a few days ago and they were out of water in the blazing hot sun and one of them wasn’t moving well and breathing hard. So we brought it inside and homegirl hasn’t been able to move the past 3 days!! What should I do ?! She seems to look ok, she’s eating and drinking still but literally can’t stand up or walk anymore ..... probably not good.

How old? Is it a Cornish meat bird?

I have no idea, it looks like one — she hasn’t laid an egg yet. She’s about 4 months old!

I think it's a male meat bird that has reached that point where it legs give out. They generally need to be butchered by 2-4 months, or kept on a diet if you want to try to keep them going. Many will have their legs give out, or they will have heart problems unfortunately.
