Chicken won't stand up

Please help, my chicken isn't standing it's breathing heavily with its mouth and I don't know what to do, it just did a wheezing noise and I think it's going to die is there any way to help it?! It's closing its eyes like if it's going to die please help! 5/9/16

How old is she? Has she been showing any signs of a respiratory disease such as sneezing, wheezing, gasping,nasal or eye drainage? Can you look inside the beak and throat for any yellow patches or foreign body? How long has this been going on? Make sure that she is drinking some water with electrolytes or Gatorade.
