You can move them into the coop fully when they're at least half the size of the adults. Before that, try setting up a run inside your run, or just outside of it, so that they can get used to seeing each other. What breeds do you have?

I have 2 Red Island roosters 3 gamegame hens and I don't know what kind the other four hens are
