And Gooooood morning everyone! The one that pipped last night has now hatched! I woke up this morning to find this little guy!

It's a salmon Favorelle golden laced wayndotte mix. Remember the videos of peaches? This is her chick!

And we have two others that have pipped.

I don't know why it's taking the others so long to pip, they should have done it by now. Oh well, we should have two EEs in the bator tonight!

Missy the Spitz flew into a roll of fly tape last night and stuck to it.

Poor little girl, she was screaming and swinging like Tarzan from the ceiling! I mean, it was kind of funny and sad at the same time if that makes sense.

Bear came back last night..

So did a weasel and it got our last Partridge Rock (yes!, but still a little sad...) Now we have en empty coop though!

What do you mean empty coop? How many did they get.

Only got one rooster (out of our smallest coop, the "rooster coop". He was the only one in that coop, so now its empty and it can be a " sick coop" or room for new chicks.)

We are going to drop them off on Monday, because we are very busy this weekend. Their little kids are so excited!

That's incredibly sad!

We are going to drop them off on Monday, because we are very busy this weekend. Their little kids are so excited!

That really makes it a joy to give them away, doesn't it?

Knowing that they'll be loved is the best part.
