So they might still be suffering from worms if you haven't treated but once (if they actually had worms before and you weren't just treating prophylactically). This would explain why they appear cold. Mine do too when they have roundworms. I mention this because mine still don't look like they feel like themselves after worming either. Or maybe the worming is so hard on therm that it is taking awhile to recover. I don't know.
Edited to add: I am not saying you should worm every 30 days. I sure wouldn't do it every 30 days, lol. I only worm once a year. But generally here on BYC people say that they should be wormed once more to break the cycle. There are numerous threads on it.
