I have no experience with chickens and try to read as much as I can to learn. Last week one of my chickens started coughing/sneezing we had to leave for a couple of days came back and she was staying away from the rest of the flock. I took her out of the pen put her in a separate pen away from the rest. I noticed her eye has bubbles in it still coughing and sneezing. I know theres no way to tell what it could be. She hasn't eaten hardly anything in days but is eating some she is drinking water. I went by tractor supply and a guy there said try some vet rx so we just started that 2 days ago still no change. Yesterday my rooster started sneezing and one other hen starting throwing up. I'm at a loss on what to do now. I did go clean out the whole chicken yard washed everything down cleaned with vinegar changed all bedding back to pine straw instead of the straw from tractor supply cause it was sooo dusty. Added vitamin and probiotic to there water also. I bought some oregano and sage yesterday I was going to feed them all today. I'm doing all the things listed above from reading other posts, but having one do different things each day is worrying me. My husband said he read most people say to put the chickens down and us start over in the spring however I don't want to do that and he doesn't either unless absolutely necessary. We threw out all the eggs we had and have been throwing out the new ones also. Please let me know if theres something else I should be doing or what I need to try. I worked so hard raising them I'm so attached I hate something being wrong with them. I have 9 chickens 2 roosters and 7 hens they are in a 20 X 20 yard and house included
