Chickens Acting Strange? Possible Illness?

Hello Everyone! Around here it has been raining a lot lately, for days on end, and the chickens home has turned into a mud land. We have noticed several issues with our chickens over the last week and I think that it might be getting to them. Here are some of the things we have noticed.

-Possible mites, bear spots on neck
-Chickens being slightly quieter, as of yesterday (We were outside on Christmas and we heard one of them)
-Waste is runny
-Just overall droopier

I don't know what is wrong or if something is wrong but these are our first chickens and we want to make sure that nothing is wrong. Thanks for all the advice!

They look droopy when they're wet.
Make sure the ventilation is wide open to prevent pathogens from growing.
