Chickens an Mule in same pen

Hope this is the right spot for this. can you keep chickens an a mule in the same place. i have a very large corral an would like to fence it for chickens. the mule is a good guard aginst dogs cats an other animals but not sure what she would do with chickens. Thanks for any help

My chickens are in with my mules all the time. The mules used to try and stomp the chickens, but have since given up. Chickens don't seem to run in a predictable direction and the mules quit trying to guess which way they were headed.

I have done it a hundred times. But my mule will want to chase them sometimes. When he starts running around (usually when a storm moves in) all the animals head for cover. Very funny.

, yes i coon hunt, rabbit ,squirrel an ride a mule i guess i should have lived 100 years ago lol.
