I definitely don't...Mine hate Chickens and once a Chicken landed on my Call and injured her neck...
My Calls have free run of my yard most of the time. My chickens are in individual pens by breed, and are allowed free range time separately to keep my breeds pure.
Most get along just fine with the ducks. I have seen a few scuffles here and there with my Marans and my Calls, but the rest of my chickens are bantam breeds and mostly don’t pay attention to each other.
Long story shortened, I would think it would depend on the breeds and your own flocks.

Young cream legbar pullet and 2 of my Calls. The calls were raiding the CL feeder.
