Based on my own anecdotal evidence, I'd say you won't have any issues. Before my old boy was sadly struck down by a car, he was an avid prey hunter. He killed (and always, always ate!) many full sized rabbits, rats, and the occasional bird (we had a BirdsBeSafe collar on him to scare most birds off). He never cared for the hunt of chickens. He'd sit and watch them, and even warned us when they'd wander too far off.
With that said, it really depends on the cat. I wanted to point out that even house cats that are very good prey hunters may not be interested in your birds. Others may be. Just keep an eye out when introducing them and make sure the cat sees that they're cared for by you. Introduce with them on opposite sides of your run fence, and make sure the chickens are full grown.
