So, everything I have read says that you're not supposed to keep chickens and ducks in the same area, due to ducks needing a "wetter" environment than chickens can tolerate. However, I've run across some topics where folks are doing just that. I like chickens, but ducks have always been my soft spot. My husband said I couldn't have ducks because he didn't want to eat duck eggs, but is it possible to keep them together, so I could maybe have a pair of ducks as well as my chickens?

Don't see why not. Just make sure they have a little area to swim or they'll be IN your waterer. LOL
