I Spent awhile in the garden yesterday and took some photos of my chickens with my dogs (and some of my other pet birds). Thought I would share them with you.
The bigger white dog (Cotton) was a former chicken killer. Now they are all happy together.
They all like eating the seeds and egg food my budgies and finches throw out of their cages! They make a great clean up crew.
This is Rainbow my male Gouldian finch.
This is Apple and his friend Ice.
My 2 young pullets playing jumping at each other. They are both hens, but I don't know why one has such a red comb and bigger wattles....
Anyone know what the name of the roosters colour is? Rocky (at the bottom left) and his son Percy in front.
These 2 cheeky birds are Custard and Cloud.
One of my female yellow Gouldain finches......
One of my ringneck doves....Peanut
Coffee enjoying some free flight.
And finally my Old Dutch Capuchin pigeons hanging out on the back wall.
