Chickens and Rhubarb Leaves

Chickens have an uncanny knack to not kill themselves with food. They also have a knack to know that is the dose that makes the poison.
There is quite a bit of evidence around that suggests they eat toxic things in limited amounts for good reasons. Be it anthelmintic or otherwise.
We even have a word for it: hormesis

Chards, like rhubarb, are also rich in Oxalic acid. Don't worry, your chickens will be fine.
I ate a few small leaves of chards in my salad and I immediately got poisoned lol. Spent the night in the bathroom.
My chickens ate a monstrous amount of chards, they destroyed a plant that was 3 meters tall. No problems, in fact they would eat even more.
