Chickens are slowly dropping off

Do you have a vet that you can consult?
Having some testing done, would be a very good idea. You may be dealing with something else besides them eating rotten beetles - especially since this has been going on for several days.

I don't have the money to take them to the vet. That's why I asked on here ;)

O.k.
Well....let's see if we can help you further.

Photos of their poop, the chickens and your setup will be helpful.
A short, precise rundown of symptoms.
Tell us what you feed including treats.
Have you added any new birds within the last 30days.
How old is your current flock.
Have you changed/added any bedding, used any chemicals - anything you can think of that has been done since illness started.
Any evidence of parasites - lice, mites, worms.

Hopefully we can come up with some ideas to help you get them better.

Maybe some epsom salt could be good for them as it acts as a laxative so if they still have the beetles inside them making them ill it might help them get rid of them
