Chickens atcting very odd

Hey there,
My red shaver is nearly 1 and has been acting abit strange, she was fine yesterday but today she keeps moving neck her in an odd way, mainly when she has just eaten.she isn't eating or drinking much.I have attached a video of her in action, can someone can help??
Looks like she's adjusting her crop.
Check it first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink to see if it's empty. If it's not then read this article and begin treatment.

I agree she is probably adjusting her crop. When they do that repeatedly it may be from something they are having trouble passing. Water is the best thing that you can get her to take. In addition, chilled coconut oil cut into tiny pieces and fed to her may help. Or mineral oil 5 ml added to a little scrambled egg or treat, can also help to lube her. You can massage her crop several times a time, but be careful if her crop is soft and puffy. That might cause her to spit up and aspirate.

Make sure that you have granite poultry grit available in a separate container from food to help her gizzard grind up grasses and food.

hey hey,
so i gave ginger a massage of her crop this morning as was still big this morning,,,
i chopped up some garlic and put that in the water and also gave her some grit with yogurt...
the good news is she is way happier and no more strange neck movement... she has been eating bits of yogurt and just going to keep her on that for a few days...
thanks again for all your help and advice ,,,
have attached a video of her this evening

If it was still big this morning before she had anything to eat/drink, then I would recommend that you read that article I linked previously.
A crop that is not emptying can turn sour or the course of several days, staying on top of this issue is better than letting it go.
