I swear,

its so annoying when your trying to gwet the chickens back in the coop,i think they know when your in a hurry to get them back in the coop and so they deliberately make it hard for you

!!!! WHY !!!

its like they are enjoy it or something and are probably thinking"nana nana naaah, you stupid human there is no point in swearing im still not going to go in"

Yup, I've been late to dinner functions before and birthday parties. (not the grown ups, but the chicks) Imagine the shock on their faces when you say "I'm sorry I'm late, the chickens wouldn't go in."

I totally understand. One of my daughters and I are constantly trying different ways to get them back in at night. My girls are pretty smart, though, and catch on fast to anything new we try. Treats only work for a few of them, the rest look at us like we're fools for even stooping to the level.
