Chickens combs turning white

I am seeing splotches of white on the combs of a few hens was wondering if it is frostbite should i vaseline them it is like 10 degrees please respond ASAP

Yes, that sounds like the beginning of frostbite. Vaseline should help. Also check to see that you have some overhead ventilation in the coop without a direct draft on the chickens, but to let out moisture from the coop.
