Chickens covered in oil

My chickens have been running under our cars and are now covered in oil. We have moved the cars, but need to know should we wash the chickens and if so what is the best way? They are all still eating, drinking and laying so it has not made them sick. Yet! thanks

I would give them a bath. You can put them in your sink one at a time and use dish soap.

I would use dawn dish soap.

i had a similar problem with chickens staying under my dads tractor i used DAWN dish soap because it is made to get the oil off of things... the bottole i used had a duck on it i kept my bird in for a day and night and it was fine after that its still alive and it happened about 5 months ago! i hope this helps
