chickens dieing

I recently got about 200 chickens. I sell fresh farm eggs to people. about a week ago I had a chicken comb dark and her eyes were shutting allot she was away from the flock with no way to move a few hours later she died since then I have lost about 20 chickens from that same way does anyone know what is happening and how I can get it all fixed i'm loosing money ps chickens are not laying either. does anyone know what is wrong and what I need to do to make everything better?

I recommend that you have a necropsy performed on one of your dead birds to find out what you're dealing with. You can contact your local extension office or state agriculture department to find out how to go about doing this.

It would be pretty hard to try to diagnose it unless someone examines a bird as dawg53 said.
