Yes, she eats all of that twice a day, plus has scratch, seed and dried mealworms available all the time. Sometimes I add rice or plain chopped spaghetti to it. She eats bugs daily and I buy live mealworms sometimes. She lays an egg every day though. The vet said to give her whatever she wants to eat, so that's what I have been doing. I think 16% is too low for birds that are not kept in tight confinement. I am probably an outlier on that thought tho.not to mention protein they really, really need. (Like at least 16% daily)
