Chickens, Ducks, and Sevin Dust?

I have 9 ducks and 9 chickens. I also have a garden that is being eaten by insects. I want to treat my garden with Sevin Dust, but before i do i want to know if it will harm my chickens and ducks if they eat the plants that are treated with the Sevin Dust?

Sevin Dust is Deadly to all animals Even in small amounts also if it gets into your animals water source it can kill

So glad I heard this. I've even been wary to use my poison ivy stuff in my backyard. Speaking of which, what is good to get rid of poison ivy w/o harming animals? We have lots of it,and about three years ago I started getting deathly allergic to it. Did anyone mention something good for insects? I, too, have tons eating the leaves on my three fruit trees and my plants.
