Chickens Eating Small Amount of Rat Poison

Hi there, today we discovered one of the rat poison bars that our landlord put out was out of the rat box and on top of the coop. We're unsure how it got on top of the coop, but our guess is that one of our chickens picked up and brought it up there. It doesn't look chewed up much, but it is slightly pecked at. We are very concerned that our chickens consumed some of the poison, plus that we've been consuming their fresh eggs. We are unsure how long the poison has been on top of the coop.

I've read that activated charcoal can be beneficial to help draw any toxicity from the chickens, can anyone speak more to this? Or any other beneficial remedies for supporting this situation?
Any insight on how concerned we should be regarding consuming their eggs that potentially has a small amount of rat poison?

Thank you!

Slightly pecked on means most likely not enough to make chicken sick. I would just observe your chickens, and provide plenty of feed that they like, (like scratch, or bird seed) during a short time,(one week:idunno) to dilute and induce more food going thru chicken. The extra food would dilute the poison amount if there was any eaten in that situation.
If you feel unsure, then toss the eggs for a week. That is your personal choice.
Find out all the places that the RAT POISON was placed, and check to see that it is off limits to your chickens.
