Cat food is loved by other animals due to the fish content. Some cats do not like fish. I have a fish eater and a non fish eater. My fish eater perfers certain fish also like salmon over whitefish. The non fish eater will eat a salmon dry food but will not eat wet food that much. Each to his own taste.

I have some outdoor cats and they get fed on the porch....well when the chickens get let out they head right for the front door to beat the cats out of the way!!! Now we have to feed the cats late at night inorder for them to get any. LOL

Chickens should not be carnivores! and who knows what's in that catfood?

My cats have to be fed before the chickens are let out of the coop in the morning or they get nada!

If the chickens ever see me with the cat food scoop they all run over and stare up at me until I give the some, one of the cockerels actually stands on my feet! God forbid I ever trip and fall with that scoop in my hands!
