Chickens eating their eggs

Hi I have fifty chickens and if I don't get the eggs right when they lay them they will eat their eggs how do I stop that?

Ok I tried the mustard and they just ate them so I will just get them as quickly as I can.
How do You get them to lay in their nesting boxes? the new layers lay behind a fan and all over the ground and I dont like that because I almost step one them so let me know how to do that please

Hello everyone. We too tried the mustard. Worked well, they cleaned the whole mess up themselves.

LOL. I'm still open to suggestions. We only have 13 chickens. I think I know which hen is the cannibal. They are all pets. So the obvious suggestion is not an option. Funny story...one of our chicks turned out to be a rooster. Too close to neighbors to keep him. We found a place to take him. He literally went to batchelor heaven. He will be making the ladies in his new home very happy.
