My chicken isn't moving much and she is swaying her head in unusual ways. Her face is really really red and around her eye it is really swollen, I need help ASAP or I'll have to put her down, because it is really bad.

You may have a serious respiratory disease going on. It also sounds like your chicken might have wry neck which can be a symptom in certain respiratory diseases such as Newcastles disease and early swollen head syndrome. Here is a list of diseases and symptoms--look at the two I mentioned and see if it fits. Newcastles is very rare, and usually occurs in countries outside of the US.
