Chickens eye?

Most of the time when there are eye bubbles, swelling around the eye, and drainage, it is a respiratory disease. Mycoplasma, infectious bronchitis, and coryza are some common ones. Coryza typically has a very bad odor around the face of the chicken. Tylan is better for mycoplasma, and sulfadimethoxine (Di-Methox) is better for coryza. Here is some info on those diseases: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044

Thank you so much. So are you saying that if the smell does not develop it is most likely not Coryza, but most likely Mycoplasma or infectious bronchitis (or something similar)?

More than likely. Coryza is usually a more nasty looking disease too with lots of facial swelling and swollen puss-filled eyes. The thing about these diseases is you just can't be sure what you have unless you get it tested or have a necropsy done on a refrigerated (not frozen) body. If you call your state vet tomorrow you can ask about how to get testing done. Here is a link for finding your state vet: http://agr.wa.gov/FoodAnimal/AnimalHealth/statevets.aspx

Okay thank you. Before I can truly figure out what it is, how should I approach the situation? Quarantine the two pullets that have the foamy eyes and see what develops? When I clean the pens should I put anything special in the coop, like special things that helps fight against bacteria?! Or would a thorough cleaning be satisfactory for now? We are planning on building a bigger and better coop so they will be moved sometime in the next year but.... How should I handle cleaning the pens and the waterers and feeders?

Separating the two that have it, although others may be exposed already. Just clean as best you can, bleach water at 10% can clean feeders and waterers, put in new litter. Some like to fog with a product called Oxine, a disinfectant that is available online.
