Chickens feathers on neck won't grow back...help?

Ok, i have a Rhode Island Red Hen that ive had from about a year and around November her neck feathers
started to come off and i thought she was molting but, she still hasn't grown them back, is there something i can help with by fixing it? If so please help, Thank you.

Do you have other chickens in with her? Could be she's being picked. Or if you have a rooster, he could be doing it when he climbs on to mate her.

We have the same problem, bare necks. We have no roosters and five hens (2 Australorps, 2 EE, 1 Maran), but see no aggression. We recently lost another EE to what we're attributing to "stress" as we see no blood in droppings, nor anything at all indicating an issue. Ideas?

the same thing is happening with one of my 1 year old Amaracanas, she seemed to molt last fall but has yet to regrow her neck feathers. All else is well with her and my small (5) flock of hens only. Since she seems healthy in all other regards, I havn't addressed it specifically, but I would sure love to know why this might be happening?? I've watched and dont see aggression toward her...
