Chickens flesh is showing

I decided to bathe my chicken as she is fairly dirty I used warm water and a bit of dawn soap and I noticed when she was wet all the injuries she had from the other chickens picking on her and one of them is her open flesh I put neosporin on it and wrapped it up but I don't know what else to do

I would use Vetericyn Wound Spray or keep using the neosporin twice daily. Watch for redness, swelling, or oozing which can signs of infection. You could also post a picture. Beware of wounds that may become infested with fly larvae (maggots,) since that can really complicate wounds.

it seems to be an old wound as there isn't any blood but the skin is completely separated from the meat does she need stitches?
