chickens foot is swollen

one of my hens legs is hurt she hops on one leg and walks on the other one every now and then but i put her in a pen by her self and sprayed her legs for scaly legs she has been like this for 3 days now can anybody tell me what to do or what would be wrong with her? i looked at her leg but i didnt see anything wrong with it but it looks like its swollen. i need help asap and she lays down on her side with the hurt leg sticking out i havnt seen any cuts on her leg or foot but its swollen and idk what to do

Have you checked the bottom of her foot for buumblefoot?

yea and the bottom of it is swollen but there is no cuts anywere on her foot and she stands on it but she hopes on the other leg and idk why her foot is like this

Have you tried soaking her feet in warm water and epsom salt?

i have taped it up and put antibiotices on it and i give her a shot of penasilin every other day but ill have to try that
