Chickens for weeding?

I would like to use my chickens to weed a flower bed that has gotten burdock in it, will that hurt them or make the eggs taste bad? Also I was planning my garden rows to be wide enough for a light weight chicken tractor to be between so the chickens can fertilize and keep the weeds down for me. Are there certain types of weeds that I should be careful with?

My chickens will eat the weeds and the flowers! They love flowers!

I didn't see it on my poisonious plant lists. Is your variety of burdock "Arctium minus"?
