I'm going to take a leap here....
I highly recommend you put them on normal chicken feed and water. Oyster shell on the side for the layers, not mixed with the food. Grit as needed, on the side.
NO treats or supplements, especially not the clay. The only thing I would add is some Poultry Drench (vitamins) to their water, well diluted, for one week. That OR Poly-Vi-Sol Without Iron, an infant vitamin available at most pharamacies.
Check all feed- sniff it, taste it- it should be clean and fresh. If it isn't, replace it.
What bedding are you using? Is there even a tiny speck of mold?
Have you brought in any new birds? Have you visited any other people with chickens, have they visited you?
