Chickens has a cold help please

My hen has a runny nose and sounds like mucus in her throat she still eats and drinks and also her eyes look watery to so I just wanted to know what I should get her or things I should do

She may have a virus like infectious bronchitis or a case of MycoplasmaG which is not a virus. An antibiotic like oxytetracylcine or Tylan in the water would treat the MG, and for any secondary infection from a virus. Keep her warm while she is sick, maybe in the house where she will be separated from the others.

definitely keep her isolated and always take care of her last and then change clothes. If its infectious bronchitis, it spreads very slowly, so sometimes just isolating sick birds as soon as you notice symptoms, you can stop the spread.

What medicine can i get an if I treat her what if she doesn't have nothing bad will it kill her and my chickens free roam around the yard so if they don't wanna be around her they can move away from her

Oxytetracycline (Terramycin) or Tylan Soluble Powder for the water. Follow directions on package or ask again here.

You can also watch for a bit of time to see if their condition worsens. With a virus, the antiiotics would only work if they got a secondary infection. I would watch it for a day or two.
