I have 10 hens and I'm not exactly sure which ones are having diarrhea but a few of them I checked and it looked like they were the culprits. I watched them for a while and they seem to be perfectly healthy- eating and drinking, normal activity, they dont seem lethargic at all. What is the dealio? Should I be concerned or just let them be?

Hey there. So I had one chicken do the same thing. Nothing bad ever happened to her, but then a couple months ago I changed to all organic food and they went back to solid. Now, of course, this could be different then my chicken so I would just keep watching her behavior and make sure everything is good.

Hi @Chickadooo can you post some photos of the poop along with the hens?
What type of food/treats do you feed?

I don't have a picture but it's a really dark color and it's mostly liquid looking, maybe a little thicker than just water. They only get veggie scraps and they have a flock block and they way layer pellets, dumor

Remove the flock block and stop the veggie scraps.
Give them plain boiled white rice mixed with buttermilk in their layer pellets for several days. It should clear up the diarrhea.

They had the diarrhea even before i gave them any scraps or a flock block, im not sure that is what the problem is..
