chickens have leakage in their eyes

I noticed a change in the chickens recently, their eyes are leaking, at the same time they are sneezing, I noticed this condition for 1 month, I was at the vet but she failed to help me, please help me how to treat chickens, chicken are approximately 5 months old.!?

I do not think he has this disease, fortunately because they do not have all the symptoms , but they only have sneezing and leakage from the eyes but not in large quantities

Unfortunately not... I'm not sure... just quarantine them. Do the routine worming, maybe give antibiotics if it gets worse. Keep them inside in a cage or in a shed. Are they eating and drinking?

Sure sounds like some kind of respiratory illness.
Can be hard to treat if you don't know which disease it is.
