chickens have watery eyes....

all of my bb reds have one watery eye and they keep it shut...every one of them....im begining to get concerned.........its just one eye on each chicken what the deal???? somebody please help....

Could they have pecked each other? or got something, like dust or bedding in it?
Rinse out the stuck eye with a sterile solution, like we use.

im thinkin i have a hen who is the "leader" who is pecking them.....she even pecked the roo....shes the only one who is not having eye trouble so.....
