Hmmm.. short of keeping them penned until they all start laying in the nest box Im not sure what else to suggest..I did put a golf ball in there, I know one of them was scratching around in it because some shavings are on the ground, so that’s a good sign!

I like keeping my birds on grower (i use flock raiser for the protein) and provide a dish of oyster shell so the birds take what they need and I dont need to worry about too much calcium among my non-laying pullets.I was told to put them on layer feed after 18 weeks, should I go back to the grower feed until they lay eggs? Is that ok to switch food like that?
