Chickens head Comes out on the right side of the chest HELP!!!!!!!

Like a normal chicken there head would be straight,coming out in the middle of its body.but not mine......Pictures

Has he been like this since hatch? Could be a deformity, if it's physically twisted and has been like this since hatch. Otherwise, wry neck, Marek's, or a neurological issue could be the cause.

He has been a little weird since hatch but hasn't been as bad

Does it physically feel like the bone and spine are abnormal? What happens if you try to gently move it towards the center of the body?

It will move to the place i want it to go but when i release it will fall back to the same place

It's probably wry neck (torticolis, crook neck.) It can be a symptoms of head injury, vitamin E deficiency, Mareks disease, and many others.
