Help I don’t know what happened with one of my hens

The picture that shows her head facing to the right shows the illness and the other one just shows the other side of her face that looks normal.

, I come back home from school and all of a sudden I see that her face is more puffy now what could this mean?? She also likes to distance herself from the other chickens

Is the black stuff around her beak coming out of it or is it just dirt stuck to it?
Her eye also looks strange on one side

Can you check inside her beak to see if there’s anything unusual in there? Like an abscess or discharge?

It could be that she is suffering from a respiratory disease with sinus infection. It looks like a bit of eye discharge, but the light is bad on that side. You could rinse her eye twice a day with saline or eye wash, and clean it off. Then apply either Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin triple antibiotic. If it gets worse, I would order some Tylosin powder to put in the water 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days, just for her to drink. You could keep her in a wire crate in the coop during the day with food and Tylosin water, then let her roost with her flock at night.
