Hello!
So...I wonder if anyone in Delaware or nearby Maryland or Pennsylvania is interested in adding a gorgeous young Rooster to their flock. Pure Wyandotte, pure Buff Orpington, or a mostly RIR. Possible hens, to go as a pairs.
So...4 mos ago I hatched my own, what a wonderful experience. But this newbie hatcher was told more "rounded at both end eggs" are hens. I'm telling you know now, it's a nice theory, but didn't hold true, lol. Now I have 11 Roosters, & accommodations for only 6. I've grown too attached to even consider them becoming someone's dinner.
Wyandotte pair - Blue Laced Red color
Buff Orpington pair - typical Buff
RIR - he's red with white tail
Well, let me know...I realize it's a long shot, trying to find a handsome rooster a good home. It's not like there's a high demand or a shortage of Roos, but I have to try.
Thanks,
Liz
