Hi all,
We started with chickens a year and half ago with one lonely hen now, thanks to an Agriculture Science class in chickens we are up to four adults and twenty two chicks. Our family has five kids, ages 11 to 21, five dogs - four chihuahuas and one yorkie and now chickens. Our adult chickens consist of two Polish hens (Kanga and Majesty), one Polish rooster (Roo, formerly Rosalina until he started to crow), and a new addition - Henny Penny. Our chicks are an assortment; three 8 week old Polish chicks from our own eggs (Grace, Glory, and Fortress) and 19 six week old chicks from a hatchery assortment - lots of fun different breeds that we are getting to know and appreciate :)!

- great to have you onboard with us. Chicken maths is always a "problem" and i like the way you blame it on the Agric science class - well done you
