Well, I have an aunt and uncle that my family hates and everything....anyway......They have a coop thats like 4x4 and 6 foot tall and a pen about 25 foot by like 30 foot and they have like 30-40 hens and like 15 roosters in there and every year they use the incubator and hatch more chickens and put them in there and they probably have about 60 chickens but probably abunch more im sure in there(the chickens are egg laying mixes) all the chickens they have are missing all there feathers or have a little bit but a few are all feathered.and all are in bad unhealthy conditions, they dont have enough feeders/waterers,and they only have like 12 nestboxes, plus no free range time in there whole lifes.....and just ALL the chickens are sad, mad, not happy, stressed as all hell, miserable, probably wish they were dead, dont get enough food or water, they peck each other all the time.......and they are all STRESSED OUT,I cant stand it...............I thought it would be so great to sneak over there and steal maybe 4-5 hens and 1 rooster then bring them into a empty pen and let them have the whole pen and coop to them selfs and have plenty of room, nestboxes, food, water, and let them be happy for once and grow there feathers out and actually be chickens for once and they would get treats and stumps and free range time and everything to keep them happy and healthy and show them what being a chicken is all about................please comment and tell me you think and your opinion on it. thanks for looking and commenting.

IMO....If you have a proper place and can give them all they need, just ask them for some. I understand you want to help, but sneaking is not the way. It will only cause more problems with the family. If you have a rapport with them, try to talk with them. Let them know you "love" chickens and have an interest! If you go about it right....you might be able to teach them a thing or two and save some chickens/family ties.
