Think I started with Watchers... loved the smart golden, lol... was happy when he continued with Odd... think he only did one other that had a sequel before... can't remember for sure, but mighta been River of Darkness???

Ugh, severe geek alert...

As for the Calls... ummm... you might gotta fight WV and Ruby for 'em....

There is no shortage of nice bucks walking around my neighborhood unfortunately.

no they keep better on the hoof . I keep waiting for them to grow into a ten pointer. they make eight and somebody gets them .I'm to busy to hunt right now . and gun season isn't open yet . when it dose it will sound like a war zone here . I need to check and make sure no one has set a stand up anywhere though . Truk is right they know its safe here . that is of coarse if I'm not hungry for deer .

them city girls don't know how to cook a deer anyhow . Very nice SLWs you got . from Foley .Looking forward to the fist hatch you get .

I've always assumed that pine straw just referred to the long pine needles, and that the normal ones were just needles.

If you can bale it it's straw. seven dollars at Homedepot and Lowes here . can't run it through a hay baler it will clog the works. box balers are the only way . we use the same thing for tobacco . or should I say did .

See, that makes sense. I can't see doug fir needles baling well, even in a box baler, but redwood and cedar falls in little branchlets.
