Chickens Laying Down in Run

My girls seem to like to just sit down in the run, usually by the door or next to the door, where they can see out into the yard. Is this normal behavior??

Are they in the sun ? Do they seem happy ?

If they're all flopped together in the dirt, or sun, it's just dust bathing or sunbathing. It's only an issue if the chickens are lethargic, not eating, unable to get up easily, etc.

Chickens do like to lounge around at times.
