Chickens laying in wrong place

I have a egg boxes/nests in my coop but chickens don't use them and lay eggs on the floor of the coop how can I train them otherwise.

You could try placing golf balls or other remotely egg shaped items in the nesting box. This may make them start to lay in their nest box. I hope you can resolve your issue!

X2 on the decoy eggs. If that doesn't work try changing the material in the nest. Are they young birds starting out?

X3 on the decoy eggs. Mine were doing the exact same thing when they 1st started laying. I put a white golf ball in each nest and the next day they started laying in the nests.

X2 on changing bedding. Once, I changed the material in my nest and my chickens wouldn't lay in it any more.
