All the scabs and feather loss is on their butts and around their vents, would that be wear a chicken would peck on another?

Yes, the bums are prime picking spots. Watch your girls when roosting, you may catch the offender in the act.

For the scabs, you can apply a little BluKote on them to help them heal up.
