Chickens molting?? / Pecking each other. Help!

I am new here.
I am learning how to care for our chickens.
I'm very green at this.
I seem to have a problem with my chickens pecking each other. I also think they are multin.

20 chickens their coop is about 10ft x 4ft
They have a good size run off the back side. Another run off the front side. So either way they have much space.

Can you post pictures of the coop and run? That is half the size they need.

The food is pellets.
I have given them treats about every 2 -3 days. Cooked oatmeal. Cabbage, black sunflower seeds.

Stop all the treats. Treats take away from them getting a balanced diet/enough protein which is what the pellets is.
