chickens not allowing some new chickens to eat

we adopted 4 new chickies in with our own flock of 12 and they are getting along except for the eating...when the others want to eat my snack tray i give them they chase the other ones away...how i help this to not happen?

You should probably set out 2 or 3 snack trays spaced well apart from each other...that should help.
