Chickens not laying eggs

Hi all..
My chickens are two years old now and recently their daily egg laying has slowed down dramatically. I live in New York, and it seems to have started when the weather started getting colder. I am giving them a bit more protein in their diet now that the bugs etc in my yard have dropped off.Is their anything else I should/can be doing?

My hens, like many others, always stop laying for the winter. They resume when days get longer.

my ISA browns that are 2 years and 4 months old. They have stopped laying as well. I have 9 and get 1 or 2 eggs a day. Yes it got cold, days are shorter and they did just molt as well. I give them extra greens and a mix of grains a few times a week. I guess i will see what happens as it gets warmer and days get longer.
