Chickens not laying much

I have noticed in the last month or so that my girls are not laying eggs and much as they were, I have gone from 30 eggs a day down to 10-12 a day, can anyone tell me why?

This is normal. Shorter day light, molt, and aging birds play factors in their laying abilities. Let them rest and they should start up again in the spring.
